- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Bets will only be refunded if the match or event is cancelled or abandoned
- Odds in live betting can change rapidly; the odds displayed at the time of placing your bet are final
- If a technical issue affects a bet, qq bet will review the case and make a final decision
- We reserve the right to void any bet placed on odds that were clearly published in error
Result Determination
For match result determination, qq bet follows the official results of recognized sports governing bodies. In disputed cases, our resolution team will review and issue a final decision, which shall be considered binding.
8 Prohibited Activities
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the qq bet platform:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Abusing the bonus system or bonus farming
- Involvement in match fixing or any form of fraud
- Using stolen payment details or cards
- Laundering money or channeling illegal funds through qq bet
- Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems
- Placing bets using automated bots or software
- Selling, transferring, or renting your account
If involvement in prohibited activities is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited. In serious cases, legal action may be taken.

Inactive Account Policy
An account will be marked inactive if there are no transactions or logins for more than 12 months. A monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 may be deducted from inactive accounts. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.
